All my movies are on my Time Capsule, or attached to an NSLU2-networked drive.... not on my computer. There is no way to add a location in Multiplex, so no movies are showing up in the listing....

Add a preference to use different Amazon stores to look up information. All my UK discs are getting US information and cover art!!

this is a necessity. Or, the ability to create files that can be used by it.

Not sure how you will eventually group discs, but many TV shows I have on DVD are multiple discs per season. It would be really great to be able to look at the episode list for each disc w/o having to play it and click through the DVD menu. This would allow browsing of episodes, and also make trying to find a specific episode much easier.

Plug In for Front Row like in DVDpedia. Access to Library and possibility to play back the connected movies.

For Multiplex to be a proper home cinema system, it needs to have this.

Have a user editable list of categories: Comedy, Favorite, Kids, Classic,... Perhaps editable in preferences.

In each movies detail have a drop down list of categories, each time you select one it checks or unchecks that category for that movie

Put a drop down category list next to the search, All, Comedy, Favorites, Kids,... The selection would be a filter on your collection.

I have over 400 movies and NEED more organization capabilities. iTV finally supports playlists which lets me do this. I'd rather use Multiplex, BUT.... right now Multiplex doesn't even search metadata Genre

Allow the search in the main view to return results from the metainfo, and not just the titles of the DVD's. And to toggle this with some sort of simple UI element.

Example: I want to search for all my movies that have a specific actor, or were produced in a certain year, etc.

Would be nice to be able to import my DVD library of scanned info from Delicious Library directly into Multiplex.

Delicious Library 2.x support export to XML, RTF, BibTeX, CSV (tab/comma delimited), and Excel SYLK files

It would be great if there could be a translation in other languages (french / german / italian / ...) for :
* the user interface
* the search engine in order to have information in the language needed, according to the movie

I noticed you mention PS3 in your 1.1 features, but not Xbox 360. Is this something that's in the works, too?

all my collection is in video_TS format ,and i do not want to change it to anything else as i use the external hard drive with different devices . Multiplex doen't recognize video_TS format .

Please add Blu-Ray support. This would make this App an absolute MUST HAVE!.

Instead of using movie posters with writing everywhere it would be nice to use the artwork form www.getvideoartwork.com since most of it is the official iTunes artwork

I want to be able to add a movie without the need of inserting the DVD, or selecting a file. If I have 300 dvds, I would rather search the movie names than inserting each disc...

It's a pretty awesome feature to have. I'm sure you know how it works.

Please create a supplemental iPhone application that will allow me to access a DB of DVDs in my library. I have over 200 DVDs on my system and it would cut out the hand jamming excel sheets I use now.

Please add the ability to see the user ratings of the movie at IMDB.com. Other ratings (like the Amazon) would also be interesting.

I love the app, but I hate the movie browser. It is very inconvenient and hard to use. How about a scrollbar at the bottom? Making the movies go all fish-eye is not good.
